Heritha Nankole Muyoba
Ms Muyoba has over 27 years of HR related experience in National & Local Government, Maritime and Financial Industries. Ms Muyoba has over ten (10) years senior management related experience – has been acting CEO for the City of Windhoek for a period of six (6) years. She also worked for the following organizations:
- Ministry of Home Affairs
- Ministry of Labour – Office of the Labour Commissioner
- City of Windhoek
- Namibia Port Authority
- Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority
Ms Muyoba is a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional, a Certified Change Management Professional and a Certified Global Remuneration Practitioner.
In her capacity of head of HR at City of Windhoek, Namport and Namfisa she has overseen a number of transformational projects such as City of Windhoek restructuring process in 1988, rolling over the ERP system at City of Windhoek, implementation of the 32 million Namibian dollars human resources development of the technical staff at Namport, implementation of multi-shift system at Namport, implementation of SAP HR and implementation of PMS at Namport.
Ms Muyoba has drafted and reviewed HR related policies at City of Windhoek, Namport and Namfisa.
Ms Muyoba served as a member of the steering committee overseeing the implementation of the risk based supervision and related legislation, review of business policies, procedures, process, manuals and electronic content management at NAMFISA
Ms Muyoba was a chairperson of the change management committee overseeing the transformational / change management, employee engagement and integrated organizational employee communication strategy. She assisted NAMFISA to come up with the employee engagement plan, change management framework and plan.
She was appointed as an external consultant to chair the performance management committee at NCRST.
She has also held Board member positions in the following organizations:
